Going out of the gym you go directly in the Borisova Gradina Park, the biggest park in Sofia. Outdoor WODs present an essential part of CrossFit, so it was important for us to be able to offer this option. Many of the complexes can be done outside, and what is better than getting sweaty under the sunlight in a pleasant company.
