WHAT IS THE CROSSFIT BEGINNER COURSE?

This is the perfect introduction for those wanting to explore CrossFit, whether you have prior sports experience or are completely new. The program includes:

  • Two sessions per week with qualified and experienced trainers.
  • A small, supportive group: Limited participants per group to ensure individual attention.
  • Goal: Build confidence, master the basics, and prepare for joining regular group workouts.

WHAT DOES THE COURSE INVOLVE?

The Beginner Course at CrossFit Serdika is designed to smoothly and safely introduce you to the fundamentals of CrossFit. Over 12 sessions (6 weeks), you will learn essential exercises for strength, endurance, and mobility, preparing you for regular group classes.

The primary focus of the course includes:

  • Correct execution of basic movements, such as squats, presses, lifts, jumps, and more.
  • Improvement in technique with the help of certified trainers who adapt the workouts to your level.
  • Bodyweight and light equipment exercises to build confidence and a solid foundation.
  • Safety and effectiveness principles to minimize injury risk and maximize results.

 

Movements you will master during the course:

  • Squats: Squat, Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat
  • Presses: Press, Push Press, Push Jerk
  • Deadlifts: Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • Complex movements with medicine balls and kettlebells: Medicine Ball Clean, Kettlebell Swing
  • Basic bodyweight exercises: Pull-ups, Push-ups, Burpees, Lunges, Box Jumps
  • And more

Registration can be completed through the schedule on our website or via our CrossFit Serdika mobile app.

  • Weekday course, starts January 10th (Tuesday – Friday), at 7:30 PM
  • Weekend course, starts January 11th (Saturday – Sunday), at 2:00 PM
